Each team will have the opportunity to link to One You Tube video posted here.
Teams must apply on line to enter the event. Once the application is completed and submitted each applicant will receive a confirmation and team identification.
Instructions will be provided on the web site to assist in completing the application as well as following through each of the phases of the event.
The initial submission of the team video presentation will be conducted through You -Tube and complete instructions will be available on line.
Team submissions should clearly demonstrate in their video presentation how their submission addresses the Scoring Criteria. Teams may provide additional information so long as the video presentation is 10 minutes or less.
When Phase Three begins with exhibitions, each finalist team may use a space of 100 square feet to display their project or process. Any additional presentation material may be included in the exhibit that a team chooses. However, all Scoring Criteria must be exhibited in order for the team to be included in the judging.
The annual final judging will provide awards for the top five teams in each School Category plus each Category will have a People’s Choice Award. Awards are shown on Exhibit One.
All teams will be eligible to re-enter the succeeding event as many times as they wish with their project or concept provided that re-entry produces advancement and/or improvement.
- December 1st 2011 - Registration Ends
- January 31st 2012 - Video presentation must be submitted
- February 20th 2012 - Written notification from judges on project requirements being met
- March 15th 2012 - All finalist will be notified.
- Mandatory set up will be on Friday April 20 beginning at 12-6
- The Ever Green Fair will be on Saturday April 21 from 9 am to 4 pm. (Clean-up will begin at the conclusion, after 4 pm.)
